Malleable iron, also known as malleable cast iron, is named for its combination of the strength of steel and the toughness of cast iron. Our factory, a long-established malleable iron manufacturer in North China, has focused on the research and development and production of pipe fittings and building components since its establishment in 1985.
Stepping into the casting workshop, automated production lines are operating efficiently. We use advanced medium-frequency electric furnaces for melting, precision mold forming, and a complete annealing process to ensure the stable mechanical properties of every product. Thread precision strictly adheres to international standards, and the surface undergoes rust-proofing treatment, making our products widely used in water supply and drainage, gas, fire protection, and electrical protection systems.
Behind our annual production capacity of 20,000 tons lies rigorous quality control. From spectral analysis to pressure testing, each batch undergoes multiple inspections. Currently, our products not only cover 30 provinces and municipalities across China but are also exported to Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
Looking to the future, we are introducing a more environmentally friendly electrostatic spraying line, practicing green manufacturing. Malleable iron may be small, but it connects the world; craftsmanship is passed down, forging robust quality.
